We highly recommend recording the entire unboxing process as a backup in case of disputes, as multiple scam incidents have caused financial damage during our past sales. Before building, carefully inspect the appearance and contents. If any noticeable flaws or scratches are found on the external surfaces or if any parts are missing, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for any flaws or scratches found after the building has begun, and we will not provide replacement parts for any missing parts reported more than 30 days after delivery.

Regarding appearance：

• Services and warranties are not applicable after one month of delivery with regard to cosmetic imperfections.
• All internal CNC marks and imperfections that cannot be seen after building are within the acceptable range.
• On all other surfaces and edges, blemishes under 2.01mm are approved, and gaps and creases under 1.51mm are approved.
• All parts with cosmetic imperfections, other than the case itself, will not be replaced unless their function is damaged due to usage.
• Spray-coated exteriors will have varying results based on the thickness of the coating, which may result in a slight mismatch of color that is inevitable.
• Anodized parts produced separately may have noticeable color differences. This is inevitable and is not considered a quality issue.

Regarding functionality:

• The warranty only applies to the first owner who purchased on our website or at our collaborative shops with proof of purchase, such as the order number and confirmation, before any sign of use/build.
• Our warranty covers keycaps for three months and PCB for one year of use or if it is dead on arrival without any modification.
• Mill-maxing the PCB will void your warranty.
• Tape modding is not recommended, especially on PCBs without a daughterboard. When the ESD protection module is active, it disseminates a large amount of heat, and tape modding will constrain the airflow, which may cause the ESD chip to fry. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by such modifications.
• Broken parts due to human error, such as hotswap sockets that are pushed out of the PCB solder pads, are not covered by the warranty.
• If malfunctions occur, especially with stripped screws, please consult your local vendor, email us at [email protected], or create an after-sale support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/qwertykeys before attempting any repairs. Otherwise, we may be unable to confirm responsibility.

Regarding package content:

• Please refer to the sale page of the product for “what’s in the box” or “content list” section
• Any missing content claim shall be submitted to qwertykeys or local vendor within 30-days after the delivery
• Free gifts, such as stabilizer sets and our stainless steel artisans, do not have any value. We will not provide makeup or issue partial refunds if those items are missing.
