It means your battery is low in power or the battery connection is not stable.

1. Turn off the battery toggle, re-plug your battery, and turn the battery toggle back on
2. Leave your keyboard plugged in overnight to charge

For QK60/75/80:

turn off the battery toggle and remove the battery will stop the ESC from flashing but this only applies if you do not plan to use the wireless features of this PCB
