Please register an account on qwertykeys.com - same credentials can be used if you have purchased with us before on popkeyboard.com. If you cannot log in or cannot register an account, please let us know by @syrah in the server.
Prior to the sale, please log in the website and auto-fill your check out page with your browser and make sure all info is correct including name, address and phone number - when your info is wrong and we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled. It is also recommended to log in your PayPal account and use PayPal Express. Known issue: some people might encounter "invalid phone number" glitch when using PayPal Express, the only solution so far is to use regular check out instead.
The product page will not be online until the time of sale on our website. Only the case itself with the option of WK or WKL will be offered on that webpage. Only one unit available per purchase/address/account. We blacklist and cancel all orders violating this rule.
Check out the case with PayPal or Mastercard/Visa credit card. If your bank or PayPal charges but you do not see the order confirmation page nor receive the order confirmation email, your money will be refunded from the payment agency.
Clients with order numbers of Mr.Suit cases must also purchase the at least one plate and one PCB to their cart and check out in 24 hours with identical shipping info including name, address and phone number with the Mr.Suit order. Extra parts and accessories, such as Tungsten switches, should also be added at this step and there is no quantity cap nor possibility to sell out as we prepared more than enough of them. Shipping will be waived until the weight limit is reached and extra shipping charge + prolonged shipping time may occur beyond that limit.
DO NOT mix purchase ANSI and ISO parts because they are not compatible with each other. Orders will not be cancelled at this stage unless violating the one per address/person/account restriction, so clients should have enough time to tinker the content to avoid mistakes.
Your orders will be automatically merged into one in our system if under the same account and all the accessories and packaging will come together in one shipment unless noted otherwise.
