Applicable to tri-mode PCBs, resolves key input issues after wake-up.
Step 1: Unplug the keyboard cable and USB receiver, then turn off the switch near the Caps key.
Step 2: Hold the Esc key while plugging in the cable. The computer will prompt that a USB drive has been inserted.
Step 3: Open the firmware program.
Step 4: Click "Device Info".
Step 5: After the "OK" message appears, click "Start".
Step 6: Wait for the firmware to write. The process is successful when "Pass" appears.
