- if you are pressing the correct keys
- consider using a different USB port, preferably the back of your PC and skip USB hubs/front panel of PC at all cost
- remove all the other USB devices if possible until the pairing is completed

BT pairing method
- Step 1 - Make sure the keyboard is either connected to a power source or that the battery switch is turned to the ON position.
- Step 2 - Tap FN+1 / FN+2 / FN+3 to switch the keyboard to the Bluetooth mode. If it's never paired before, the indicator under the respective key will flash rapidly, indicating the keyboard is ready to pair.
- Step 3 - Now, you should see the keyboard appear in your PC's Bluetooth settings. Click "Connect" to complete the pairing process.
- Step 4 - The indicator under 1/2/3 should stop flashing now to indicate that the pairing process is finished. You can try typing to test.
- If you want to connect to a new device, press and hold FN+1 / FN+2 / FN+3 for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode again.
2.4ghz pairing method
- Step 1 - Make sure the keyboard is either connected to a power source or that the battery switch is turned to the ON position. Unplug the USB dongle if you’ve already plugged it in.
- Step 2 - Tap FN+4 to switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode. If it's never paired before, the indicator under 4 will flash, hold FN + 4 until the indicator under the number 4 is flashing rapidly, which means you entered the 2.4g pairing mode
- Step 3 - Plug the 2.4G dongle into your PC. Ensure your keyboard is within 20 cm (about 8 inches) of the dongle. Avoid plugging it into a port next to another dongle if one is already plugged in.
- Step 4 - The indicator under 4 should stop flashing now to indicate that the pairing process is finished. You can try typing to test.
- If you want to connect to a new device, press and hold FN+4 for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode again.
Note: The white indicator flashes quickly during pairing and slowly when reconnecting.
If pairing isn't successful within 60 seconds or reconnection fails within 20 seconds, the keyboard will revert to sleep mode.
