🚧 If you’ve tried all of the instructions but still didn’t get it to work, consider:
- if you are pressing the correct keys, for some keyboards you’ll need to press and hold fn+ Q/W/E/R
- consider using a different USB port, preferably the back of your PC and skip USB hubs/front panel of PC at all cost
- remove all the other USB devices if possible until the pairing is completed

BT pairing method
- Step 1 - Press Fn and then tap Tab until:
- the LEDs under 1/2/3 flash - for QK75/QK80/QK100/QK65V2/NEO70/NEO80
- the LEDs under Q/W/E flash - for QK65/QK60/Cub65/NEO65
- Step 2 - Press and hold Fn + Q for 5-10 seconds until you see the Q LED flashing rapidly, which indicates the keyboard is ready to pair.
- Step 3 - Now, you should see the keyboard appear in your PC's Bluetooth settings. Click "Connect" to complete the pairing process.
Repeat step 2 and use W/E instead of Q to pair the keyboard with other Bluetooth devices.
To disconnect a paired device or 'forget this device', press and hold the slot (Q/W/E) for 5-10 seconds.
2.4ghz pairing method
- Step 1 - Unplug the USB dongle if you’ve already plugged it in.
- Step 2 - Press Fn and then tap Tab until:
- the LED under 4 flashes - for QK75/QK80/QK100/QK75N/NEO70/NEO80/Neo Ergo
- the LED under R flashes - for QK60/QK65/Cub65/NEO65
- Step 3 - Press and hold Fn + R until the LED under 4/R flashes rapidly
- Step 4 - When the LED under 4/R is flashing rapidly, plug the dongle into an available port.
Ensure your keyboard is within 20 cm (about 8 inches) of the dongle. Avoid plugging it into a port next to another dongle if one is already plugged in.
- Step 5 - The LED should stop flashing now to indicate that the pairing process is finished. You can try typing to test.
