<aside> ❗
DO NOT connect your keyboard using any custom aviator cable when upgrading the firmware. Many coiled aviator cables have non-standard specifications, which can cause data corruption when flashing firmware. This may lead to serious issues, such as getting stuck in the flashing initialization process. We strongly recommend users use QK original data cables for flashing firmware. Additionally, it's best to connect the keyboard directly to your computer rather than through a USB hub.

Connect the wireless pod to your computer, and attach both keyboard halves to the wireless pod using the magnetic cables. Ensure all connections are stable before proceeding to the next step.
Navigate to the web configurator here using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Note: The page may take longer to load in Edge. Please be patient. Firefox is not supported.
Navigate to the "CONFIGURE" tab on the website, then select "Firmware" from the left sidebar menu.
Click "Open" and select your downloaded firmware files to begin the flashing process.
Note: All four files need to be flashed. You may flash them in any order.
Select the firmware you downloaded.
Click “Open”
Verify that the new firmware version is higher than your current version. Once confirmed, click "Flash" to begin the upgrade.
Warning: Do not unplug the USB cable or power off the device during the flashing process.
When the pairing connection popup appears, select the device and click "Connect"
Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%. Once complete, the keyboard will automatically reboot, indicating a successful firmware update.
After completing this process, repeat the same steps three more times with the remaining firmware files to finish the update.
