The following solution is targeted to:

LEDs on but no keys registered

If Fn+Tab doesn’t make the LEDs under Esc, Q/W/E, and R flash in order, press Fn+Esc and see if you can get a ` - if yes then

1. Turn off the battery toggle
2. Unplug the USB-C cable
3. Unplug the battery
4. Plug the USB-C cable back in
5. Try to pair again
6. Once succeed, plug the battery back in and charge it overnight before using the keyboard wirelessly
