  1. Copper Weight Care Instruction

Due to the properties of copper, oxidation is unavoidable even with an anti-oxidation coating. We suggest avoiding touching it too much during assembly and daily usage. DO NOT clean your brass/copper weight with alcohol or rub it hard. Otherwise, you may damage the anti-oxidation coating.

  2. VIA - VIA (usevia.app) As of now, customers still need to load the .json file for the first time if they wish to edit the keymap in VIA (please use the web app — the desktop app has not updated in some time). Please download the .json file that corresponds to your PCB not the mode you are going to be using; Trimode pcb will only function in VIA with the Trimode .json for instance.

  3. FN key The key on the left of the ← key is FN or MO(1) - it will not register like other keys unless you turn on the TEST MATRIX

  4. For HOTSWAP PCB, always support your socket firmly from the back (S area) while you’re installing switches. Failure in doing so can result in your hotswap socket getting pushed off its pad on the PCB (X) and the socket will no longer work. Based on your soldering knowledge, you may attempt fixing it at your own discretion. Qwertykeys and all of our vendors will not replace parts damaged by customers with mishandling.
