Therefore we do not fix on any particular courier and would pick whichever shipping option that is the best for the buck for all our customers.
The most important thing is to make sure your shipping address is correct. Changes are not guaranteed to work and fees might incur from address changing requests if successful.

<aside> 💡 Notification: Hong Kong FEDEX notice, starting from September 4th, all parcels sent to residential areas in Australia and declared with a value below USD 600, if the recipient is not at home when FEDEX delivers, the delivery personnel will no longer confirm the receipt of the goods with the recipient in person (i.e. no need for the recipient to sign for the goods), and will directly place the parcel at the recipient's address and provide a photo of the delivered goods as proof of delivery. Please note that all recipients must confirm the correct address before placing an order, pay attention to the delivery status of the goods, and promptly receive the goods to avoid delivery to the wrong address or loss of the goods.

Package missing/damaged
For North American customers of Owlab/Qwertykeys keyboards: DHL is the only option and Canadian customers are subjective to pay custom duty and processing fee, depending on the province, while US customers enjoy the $800USD tax-exempt limit. You might be able to change the address via DHL On Demand app (link in the text or email) if needed. If you purchased switches along with your keyboard, switches will be shipped separately from our US warehouse, but under the same tracking number. please check the tracking details to ensure two pieces were shipped out and both of them are delivered, instead of a partial delivery.
For EU customers or any package with batteries:
For Oceania customers, we usually pick FedEx, DHL and TNT as the courier. Initially, you might get 00000 as the tracking number, which only means the package is in the hands of the shipping proxy waiting to be dispatched. Later on, the tracking number will be updated to the couriers’ tracking number and will be only trackable on our proxy’s site in Chinese until your package has cleared customs and been picked up by DHL (if you received a 10-digit tracking number) or FedEx/TNT/local courier if your location is remote.
